Apparently babies make it difficult to get much of anything else done. Which is my excuse for not posting, replying to e-mail, cleaning the house, or occasionally not showering. It would be different if she would just nap alone, but she either needs me lying next to her or holding her. Our only successes so far in getting her to sleep on her own are the car and the swing.
Anyway, lots has happened in the last week and a half, mostly sad. We went to a funeral in Wisconsin, which makes the baby's fourth state. She also got to meet lots more family members, which was great though slightly bittersweet. There's so much to say that I'll just have to stop there.
The Professor's teaching again, so that's exciting. And there's a rumor of snow in the forecast, so we might be able to make last year's sledding party an annual event after all.
The baby is fussing, so that's all for now. More soon I hope.
